YouTube Data API Integration
The application integrates with the YouTube Data API to provide streamlined publishing workflows. Specifically, the application may use the YouTube Data API to:
- Verify channel identity: Authenticate and confirm the authorized YouTube channel before any operations are initiated.
- Upload videos: Securely upload completed video productions directly to the authenticated channel.
- Monitor publishing status: Read video upload and processing status to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage metadata: Update publishing metadata, including titles, descriptions, and thumbnails where authorized.
- Schedule publication: Schedule private videos for coordinated future release.
Explicit Consent: CreaditVideo only accesses YouTube services and performs actions after explicit Google OAuth authorization by the channel owner or authorized operator. The application never accesses, modifies, or shares data without explicit operator consent.
Operator Access & Security
Access to CreaditVideo is restricted to authorized operators. All authentication credentials, access tokens, and refresh tokens are protected using secure, encrypted local storage and are never exposed publicly or shared with third parties.
